APPLICATION PROCESS

The policy of the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 157 Apprenticeship & Training is that there will be no discrimination made on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age (40 years or older), genetic information, or disability. in the educational services or activities which it supports.
Applications for the 2024 - 2025 Apprenticeship Class are are now closed. If you have already applied you will hear from us soon regarding the next steps in the application process.
The Application for the 2025-2026 Apprenticeship Class will open soon. Check back for more details.
Application Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age by August 1, 2025.

Must be a high school graduate, senior scheduled to graduate, or have attained a GED certificate. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their diploma or GED certificate, and an official transcript of their grades following submission of the application.

Must have a valid driver's license and will be required to provide a copy of their driver's license.

WorkKeys Assessment Tests will be scheduled following submission of the application. Applicants must meet or exceed required levels in all tests in order to be eligible.

All applicants will be subject to a drug screen and criminal background checks.
